Bob Bird for US Senate

Issues

Our state and nation are close to the crisis we have all known was coming. Bob is calling for the following issues to take priority.

Individual corruption is important as voters assess the suitability for office of a candidate, for who wants a crook serving them?

Far worse, however, in the stealing of taxpayers' money, is a failure to abide by the ETHICS OF THE CONSTITUTION, for far greater waste and criminality results.

The Bird Campaign challenges all candidates to take the REAL 'Ethics Pledge' of promising to abide by their sacred oaths and stay within the bounds of the U.S. Constitution.

There is a simple test which all voters ought to ask the candidates: 'Will you support the Shadegg Amendment?'

Rep. Shadegg of Arizona wants to have all bills cite the 'chapter-and-verse' from the Constitution that authorizes whatever spending or activity a proposed bill would mandate.

Until THIS pledge is taken, any 'Ethics Pledge' by a candidate will be meaningless.
